2017 NACAS East Conference

This year's conference will be held at the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceantfront, located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where you can enjoy fabulous shopping, colorful nightlife, and fantastic dining. Come to the NACAS East Regional Conference as we experience great speakers, educational sessions, and networking.

 

The Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront is currently sold out, however a new block of rooms has been added at the Hilton Garden Inn.

 

Cancellations: If you must cancel a registration, written notice must be sent to the NACAS National Office at info@nacas.org on or before June 2, 2017. No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline. There is a $95 cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed after the conference.

 

Refunds: Attendees are eligible to rollover their registration to the next year if they need to cancel after the deadline. We ask that reasonable consideration be made to first transfer the registration to another individual before the rollover policy is activated. There is no charge for transferring a registration to another individual. However, the cost to rollover a registration to a future conference is $95. Payment can made by check or credit card. Please contact the NACAS National Office at info@nacas.org to coordinate either a transfer or rollover.

 

Pre-Registration Deadline: The deadline to register before conference is June 2, 2017. Changes, transfers or additions after this date will be onsite.

We urge you to register for the conference prior to making hotel reservations to enable us to manage our room block.

The Hilton Oceanfront Virginia Beach has sold out, however there are rooms available at the Hilton Garden Inn.
